They allow links in the description and people that view assets on OGA usually open links to itch to support creator on other platforms... So it can increase count of views on itch and spread your assets between bigger audience.
You are absolutely right and I really appreciate your comment. I thought this asset needs a lot of polishing, however as a starting point for prototyping or using it as a base to make your own pixel art I think it's very atracive being free. however I'll update when I find it some time. thanks :)
